Windows button not working

hello. I am having problems with my windows key. my keyboard is connected to my laptop, I'm not sure if that could be a problem but on the box my keyboard came in it says "quickly lock the win button to avoid accidental touch during the game." it might be important to mention that I am using a ck82 motospeed keyboard. Can anyone come up with a solution to my windows problem?

    Motospeed keyboards have the Windows Key Lock feature, to lock the Windows Key, press Fn + Windows Key, and press again to unlock it.
