Hi NATALIA1040
I am Juliet and It's my pleasure to help you today.
How are you? I hope you are doing good.
I know how frustrating this may be for you but I'll do my very best to help you :)
Let us first try to open the Services window and try to restart the Windows Installer service.
To do that, follow these steps:
- Press Windows Key + R to open the Run dialog. Enter services.msc and press Enter or click the OK button.
- All available services list will now appear.
- Locate Windows Installer and double click it to open its properties.
- If the service is running, click the Stop button to stop it.
- Wait for a few seconds and then click the Start button to start it again.
- Close the Services window and check if the problem is resolved.
I hope it helps! Let me know the results.
Please Let me know if you have more questions or the above method didn't work for you, I'll be more than happy to assist you further :)
