Hi, I'm John! I will help you with this.

Outlook (Attachment) storage is separate from OneDrive, although they are connected and use the same storage space. If either one is full, it can affect your ability to send and receive messages.

Can you please check if your Outlook (Attachments) storage is full?

If your mailbox is near or over the storage limit, new emails might not arrive in your inbox https://onedrive.live.com/managestorage in the same page, please check your OneDrive storage as it's linked to your Microsoft account and can sometimes affect email services if it's full.

After freeing space or purchasing additional storage, it can take up to 24 to 48 hours for everything to fully update across your account. I’d recommend waiting that time and then trying again to send your emails.

If the issue persists after 48 hours, please contact Microsoft support for further assistance:

    • Here is the link: https://support.microsoft.com/home/contact
    • Type this keyword and press Enter: Contact Support.
    • At the bottom, click "Sign in to contact support" and sign in with your Personal Microsoft account (Not work or school account), or click "Contact Support" if you're already signed in.
    • In Product and services, select "Windows".
    • In Category, select "Technical support."
    • Click "Chat with a support agent in your web browser".

If you ever find yourself stuck in a loop, please use the keywords "Contact Support" or "Live Chat" (without the quotes) and click "Contact Support" at the bottom.

Click "Add comment" below if you have any further questions.

I really hope this information is helpful! :)

    Regards,

    John J.D.

Go to outlook.live.com, open settings and check your storage info (Account, Storage). Something like this:
