Microsoft Teams Installation error message on Mac

I keep getting this error message when trying to install teams on Mac. Has anyone seen this error message? What's the solution ?

    For troubleshooting, please disable Firewall, Antivirus, VPN/Proxy for a while.

    Now, create a new user with admin permission on mac and try installing the Teams app:
