Email outgoing bouncing back

We have outgoing emails bouncing back, we try to create a new email to the address also when replaying to the same recipient when they send us a email it just bounces back, we have just added kaspersky small office anti virus to our pc but its not doing it on every email here is the message we get

    The error indicates that your outgoing IP address is blacklisted;

    ERS - IP Lookup  | Trend Micro Service Central

    As it doesn't look like you are using your own mail servers nor Microsoft 365 to send you emails, it is best to contact your email service provider (bwar.co.uk) instead.
