    Hey there!

    I'm here to help.

There are two issues you mentioned. Lets check the first one.

The sad face because Chrome is crashing tabs due to something unstable, like a broken extension, corrupted cache, or Memory issue. Since you mentioned that uBlock and Violentmonkey are gone, it may have suffered from a corrupted user profile or memory leak.

Can you try below steps and see if its working.

Open Chrome -> press Ctrl + Shift + Del. Select "Cached images and files" and "Cookies". Time range: "All time" -> Click "Clear data".

Go to chrome://extensions. Turn everything off, even if it looks innocent.

Make sure you update chrome. Go to chrome://settings/help.

Relaunch Chrome and see if it works. if did not then I would recommend re-install chrome from here:

Uninstall from Control Panel -> reinstall from google.com/chrome.

The second issue you mentioned, "UserHasNoMailboxAndNoLicenseAssignedError" which clearly says your account has been deleted or deleted your license.

You need to contact your IT helpdesk, work/school’s IT team.

If everything good at their end then Contact Microsoft support team here:https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/conta...

    I hope it helps!
