    Hello Eren_22,

Thank you for your quick response.

I have no idea where I can check if my account is mistakenly classified as a work account. I went from end to end in the Account page and settings. It doesn't seem that I am classified as a work account.

About the direct contact: THERE IS NO DIRECT CONTACT! I have been searching for direct contact for 8 days now. If there is a way, please tell me. I will appreciate it.

    Sincerely,

    Atanas Pelov

If your account is mistakenly classified as a work account, you might need to contact Microsoft Support directly for assistance.
    • Here is the link to step how you can delete your account: How to close your Microsoft account - Microsoft Support
