Using Classic Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management

- Which account are you using from the listed below
- Microsoft365 Work/school account (e.g., t****@contoso.com)
- Microsoft personal account (e.g. t****@outlook.com.
- Which Microsoft subscription do you have?
- Are you from the sender or recipient side and this happens when receiving or sending internally or external.
- May I know if this happens from Outlook Web App/ browser
- Which outlook version are using, please refer to the attached link: What version of Outlook do I have? - Microsoft Support
- Could you kindly get some screenshots of the errors or the non-delivery report(NDR), and share with me via private message to avoid exposing your information to the public.
- You can also share extended message trace report and share with me in CSV format. Please check this link on how to run a message trace: Message trace in the new EAC in Exchange Online | Microsoft Learn. Please note that to run the message trace you must be an admin, if you are an end user I suggest you contact your IT admin.

To view private messaging options> sign in to Microsoft Community, use the email account where you posted this thread information in Microsoft Community, > click your profile picture in the top right > select the My Profile option.
