Once you've opened the link, do the following:
(1) Provide a brief description of the problem and click Get Help**.**
(2) Click Contact Support at the****bottom of the result that appears.
(3) Check the problematic product, and then click OK**.** and
(4) Finally, you can contact the Office chat representative.
