As far as I know, there is no way to remove pictures from the Picture Bullet dialog box once they have been added.

I was wondering how you would remove a bullet that you have imported as a picture.

Click the arrow on the right hand side of the Bullets button on the Home tab of the ribbon.
Right-click the bullet that you want to delete, and select Remove from the context menu.
Didn't work. I removes it from the recently used section.. But I want to know how to remove it from the dialogue box you get after you click Picture, after Define New Bullet.
If you are saying that you want to remove the bullet from text, just select it and press the Bullet button on the ribbon to turn off bullet formatting. Alternatively, (re-)apply Normal style to text, for example by pressing Ctrl+Shift+N.
