Good night, people!
I really need to learn (FAST) how to select specific lines automatically in Excel. That's because I need to analyze a sheet with thousands of patients. For example, I need to select all the lines that contain female patients, which present an "F" in the B column. I really cannot select them all manually. That would cost me a lot of time. Can someone please help me?

EDIT: problem solved! Thanks a lot for the ones who answered me. Actually it was way easier to solve than I expected haha :)

Hi I am an independent advisor and hoping to help you today.
How about using a filter in excel?
I am sharing a link below for a detailed description and instruction on using Filters in excel:
https://support.office.com/en-us/article/filter...
or you may also use Pivot Table for better analysis of your data:

Hope this helps.
Thank you.
Hey! About 20 minutes after I posted this question here, I thought of the same thing! I've been using filters to do so since then. Thanks a lot!
