Data Protection Addendum, Data Processing Agreement, GDPR Terms - where are they?

I'm going round in circles trying to find the terms which comprise a Data Processing Agreement with Microsoft for O365 and SharePoint Online services.

In the February 2020 Online Services Terms appears the following text:

“Data Protection Addendum” (DPA) means the Microsoft Online Services Data Protection Addendum published on the Licensing Site."

Searching in the licensing documentation site for "GDPR Terms", "Data Processing Agreement", "Data Protection Addendum", "Attachment 4" or related generic terms produces nothing.

Some older documentation refers to Attachment 4 in the Online Services Terms. The February 2020 Online Services Terms only have attachments 1 and 2.

The page at https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/trust-center/privacy only  to the same licensing documentation site which does not contain the needed terms.

Where are the terms? We cannot lawfully use any Microsoft 365 online services without them.

@JCinGlasgow

After much digging around with the same question I found a link in the Product Terms (Feb 1, 2020).

Here is the link: Online Services Data Protection Addendum, hopefully it will remain valid for a little while.

    Dear JCinGlasgow,

    Sorry for the delayed reply.

    From your description, it seems that you refer to the information in the article . After searching some resources, I can't get the exact answer about the legal question.

    Based on the article, we have a specific channel coping with the GDPR related questions and issues. If you are the administrator, you can follow the steps in the article to reach out to the engineers in the specific channel to get adirect answer. So I suggest you do that as soon as possible. Sorry for that our category may have limited resources on the legal question.

    Hope that it helps and have a nice day!

    Cliff
