Hi, please let me know how I can get a refund from my Microsoft 365 subscription. I was not aware that it would automatically deduct money from me after the free trial. I want my money back. I tried my best to follow the instructions online. I tried cancelling it to have my pro-rated refund however it's not allowing me to. HOW CAN I GET MY REFUND PLEASE? IT WAS DEDUCTED A FEW MINUTES AGO BUT NOT SHOWING ON MY ORDER HISTORY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I activated the account earlier, then I got a notification of R109.00 deducted from my account for Microsoft. So how is it possible that it's not immediate when clearly it is?

Capitec: Payment -R109.00 from SAVINGS ACCOUNT; Ref MICROSOFT*STORE MSBILL.INFO IE; 05-Mar. Info 0860102043

    Messaged received at 08:19am.

That was within 5 minutes of activation.

And also why is this not showing on my order history?

I would just like a refund please. I cancelled the subscription and wont be using it any longer just because of this.

When you activate/sign up for the trial you give your bank/card details and are informed that you will be charged at the end of the trial unless cancelled. Nothing is immediate https://office.com/myaccount
