Excel online: Formulas ribbon missing Function Library tab

Most of our Office online users don't have that tab. It looks like this:

But there are few users which have it like this:

I have not found any place to add that tab to users who don't see it.

    I don't think that they have installed app ... anyway this is my admin-user view of excel which have that Function Library tab. Some other users have it also.

    Hi ictsupport007,

    I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    Your first screenshot shows the default Formulas tab in the online version of Excel, the second screenshot seems to be from Excel in the Microsoft 365 installed app version.

    Can you please check with your users if they have installed Microsoft 365, and if not, please provide a screenshot of the whole window showing that full Formula tab in the online version of Excel.

    I have never seen that full menu on the online version of Excel, it may be something to do with the type of Microsoft Account they have, perhaps Microsoft have different features for private and business users, because the ribbon menus in Excel online are not customizable.

    I have not checked others, but I have tested one user through sharepoint and there is no Function Library tab.

    You are correct that is the online version of Excel in a web browser, and that is being accessed through SharePoint, are the other users that do not have that fully populated Formula tab also accessing Excel online through SharePoint?
