Security based on field's value and Security Role - Dynamics 365 CRM Online

I received a business requirement to achieve security of Dynamics 365 CRM online data based on a field's value and the current user Security Role. Is that possible? I would like to accomplish this no code if possible, but the permission dependency on the current record field's value is what makes it difficult for me to figure out. Let me give an example maybe someone had this requirement before...

For example on a custom entity "Custom" I have an option set field.

  • If the value of the option set is "Yes" and the current user has Security Role A (yes give access to the specified related entities), then the user can see that specific record's related entities.
  • If the value of the option set is "Yes" and the current user has Security Role B (no do not give access to the specified related entities) then the user cannot see that specific record's related entities.

Appreciate your help in advance.
