I suggest you follow the steps below for the possible workarounds:
- On the Start screen type Outlook in the Search field;
- Click on File and then Options > Advanced;
- Click on Developers and locate the Custom Forms option;
- Manage forms> Clear cache> OK.
- Close Outlook and open it again in Normal Mode;
Also, Kindly Check if it works correctly. If the behavior persists, I suggest you perform the steps below:
Rename frmcache.dat to Frmcache.old.
Copy and paste the following line into the Run command (Windows key + R) and click OK
C: \ Users \ \ AppData \ Local \ Microsoft \ Forms
Note: Enter your computer username in the location above.
