Sorting based on two columns using vba code

Hi,

Here I have some CFN codes(C column) and Back order(EA) values. I need to sort values(K column) in descending order as well as the CFN codes should be arranged in sequence, because I have some CFN codes which are repetitive. Both the columns are to be autofiled based on Material (column D) I always appreciate if someone helped me with the code
