Github/Microsoft W9 Form

Question

Hello，

For tax purposes, we need a complete W9 form from Microsoft Company. I am assuming I have to come here since Microsoft owns GitHub which is the product we are using.

Could you please provide it to us?

How do I get the completed W( form from Microsoft for GitHub CoPilot.

I need the W9 to purchase an enterprise license.

Thanks for the reply. I was basing it off of this form here. Someone got a private DM message where they got a W9 form. I am hoping I can get that same help as well.
