avoid printing document statistics summary

When receiving a document for me to print I am receiving a summary of the document also, and I cannot find out how to prevent it being printed. Can you please tell me how to delete it, or turn it on again?

It contains:

Filename

Directory

Template

Title

Subject

Author

Keywords

Comments

Creation Date

Change Number

Last saved on

Last saved by

Total editing time

Last printed on

As of last complete Printing - Number of pages - Number of words - Number of characters

    Prakash has the right idea, but the article he linked to is for much older versions of Word. If you're using a current version, the path to the setting is File | Options | Display | Printing options. Clear the check box for "Print document properties."

    Open Word , and then click Word Options.

    In the Printing Options area box, click to clear the Print document properties check box, and then click OK.
