Developer mode for Web Visio

Hello all,

I am trying to use VBA inside Visio, and I found out that I need to run Visio in Developer mode. I am currently using the Web version, and I could not find where I can activate the mode. I am aware that the Web version offers limited features, but I just wanted to confirm if I really can't access the Developer mode with the current version. If I need to buy a plan, which one would be recommended for this usage?

As per your description, it seems that you are trying to use Developer mode in Visio web app.

If the understanding above is right, we're afraid that there's no out of box way to achieve this in Visio web app currently, sorry for the inconvenience caused.

We'll need to use Visio desktop app to run Visio in Developer mode, and Visio Plan 2 is required for Visio desktop app.
