Why doesn't new version of Microsoft only convert PDF to a slightly smaller file? I have created a large Powerpoint file and for some weeks was able to convert to PDF and then reduce file size to a manageable size, but the new version only reduces to a slightly smaller file. In PowerPoint, please open PowerPoint>Preferences>General, then change the Print Quality (Paper/PDF) dropdown to Medium or Low. Then save as to a PDF to see if you get a smaller file size.
