Since you've already contacted Support through the Microsoft Authenticator App, but not got a resolution yet, you can also call our Support Team through the Customer service phone numbers - Microsoft Support. You'll initially get in contact with an automated system, so, I'd recommend you follow these steps:
When you call, here is an example of how to navigate the automated phone system (IVR) to reach the right team quickly:
- IVR: What kind of problem are you concerned about?
You: Authenticator
- IVR: What kind of product do you use?
You: Office 365 for business
- IVR: Education or company account?
You: Company
- IVR: Are you an administrator?
You: Yes
- IVR: Do you have another administrator in your organization?
You: No
- IVR: Do you need a service request?
You: Yes
