How to Sway tutorial error message

I'm trying to view the How to Sway tutorial https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=859034&clcid=0x409

but I'm getting an error message saying I don't have permission to view the Sway and to sign-in with my work or school account. But **** I am signed-in with my work account. There is a sign-out button but nothing happens when I click it.

I'd appreciate some help on how to proceed, thanks.

    Thanks for your reply Hoang-D

Unfortunately that doesn't solve my problem. I am still unable to access this particular tutorial, How to Sway on the tutorials page.
