Hi,
I have 5 fields on the Table. When I go to Form&Report, click on Add Existing Fields they show only 2 fields. Someone help me explain, why ?

    Hi,

    Are you sure the record source in the form/report is really the table not a query that takes just 2 fields from the table?

    If yes: Is it all Access or a different database system involved?

    Which data types and names do the fields have that you don't see?
