XBOX Gamepass Code not working

Question

As shown above, been using gamepass for many months. Both gift cards and payment. Friend got a free trial on discord and gave me his code but i cant use it for some reason. Tried everything and im stuck. Sry for the false tags didnt know how to address it.

If you don't have an active subscription and tried to redeem it and it didn't work, contact Microsoft support. Also, contact the store(G2A) where you purchased the code and let them know it's not working, just in case.

As far as I know, the Discord Game Pass free trial is only for new subscribers xbox gamepass.

Trials are typically for new subscribers only so if you've subscribed to gamepass before then that's likely the reason it isn't working
