    Hello,

This issue usually happens when Windows blocks a file or shortcut due to permission or security settings. Here are a few steps you can try:

    1. Check the file location – Make sure the file or program is still in the original location and not moved or deleted.
    2. Verify permissions – Right-click on the file, go to Properties > Security, and ensure your user account has the necessary permissions.
    3. Unblock the file – If you downloaded the file from the internet, right-click it, select Properties, and click Unblock if available.
    4. Disable antivirus temporarily – Sometimes, security software may block access. Disable it briefly to check if it’s the cause.
    5. Try running as administrator – Right-click the file and choose Run as administrator.

If the issue persists, you might want to create a new shortcut or reinstall the program to ensure all paths are correct.

    Best Regards,

    Jerald Felix
