missing gift card code

I recently redeemed my points for a gift card. The points got deducted but i hadn't received any email receiving the gift card code. The points got deducted and the transaction shows successful.

    Check your order history to see if it appears as completed. If so, you'll have the option to resend it so the code can be sent to your email.
