I am writing to request assistance with my Microsoft certification records. I passed the exam 70-461: Querying Microsoft SQL Server 2012/2014 (28.11.2019), but I can no longer access or locate the certification in my profile.

Could you please help me restore access to this certification and ensure it appears in my transcript?

Certificates are not covered by Microsoft Q&A. I don't know where you would go find the answer to your question. But given that SQL 2012 and SQL 2014 are out of mainstream support, and the exam was more than five years ago, it may simply have been aged out.
