    Hello Vijay Naik (Admin)

I understand you want a comprehensive overview of your storage usage across multiple subscriptions, including metrics like allocation, thresholds, and reporting options.

Please let me know what specific metrics you want in your reports (e.g., total storage used, number of blobs, costs)

You can use Azure Cost Management to monitor and analyze storage costs across subscriptions. This tool offers:

    • Detailed cost breakdowns by resource group and service.
    • Customizable filters to focus on storage costs.
    • Trend analysis and budget tracking to manage expenses.

To access this, go to Cost Management + Billing > Cost Management > Cost Analysis in the Azure portal. Apply a filter for Service name and select storage to view detailed storage account costs.

You can also enable Storage Analytics for logs and metrics about your storage usage. Although metrics are no longer supported, logging remains available for tracking requests and usage trends and can be set up in the Azure portal.

    Check the reference document: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/storage/common/manage-storage-analytics-logs?tabs=azure-portal

For a more detailed cost estimate, the Azure Pricing Calculator can help you analyze costs based on your usage patterns.

Also, if you have any billing or cost-related issues, please reach out to the billing team through a support request. It's free for all users, and they will assist you with your concerns.

    Check the below public document:

Hope the above answer helps! Please let us know do you have any further queries.

Please do not forget to “up-vote” wherever the information provided helps you, this can be beneficial to other community members.
