Did you already check if your files are still accessible from the recovery options? From the Automatic Repair screen, go to Advanced options, then Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Command Prompt. In the Command Prompt, type notepad, then press Enter. In Notepad, click File > Open, and check if you can see your files on the drive. If they appear, copy them to an external drive using File Explorer. After saving your files, return to the recovery menu and select Startup Repair or System Restore if available.
