I have successfully cleared the Microsoft SC-100 exam with a score of 820. However, it has been more than 24 hours, and I haven’t received my certificate yet.

    Exams are not certifications. The SC-100 exam is only part of the requirements for the Cybersecurity Architect Expert certification. You must also hold an active Associate certification from this list https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/credentials/certifications/cybersecurity-architect-expert/#certification-prerequisites
