I got a new phone around December 2024 and gave my older phone to my grandma a few months ago. That old phone had all my accounts on MS Authenticator, but now that I have my new phone, the accounts aren't backed up. I want to try and sign in to my Rockstar account, but I can't do so, because no code pops up when i open the authenticator app. I have my iCloud backed up on my phone right now, but I don't know if I did on my old phone. I tried looking at Rockstar support, but it's been extremely unhelpful, and I can't even find a real person to talk to. Is there any way Microsoft can look in their database to find the account credentials?

If you are unable to receive a 2FA code on your Microsoft Authenticator app for your Rockstar Games account due to not having access to your old phone, here are some steps you can take:
Unfortunately, Microsoft cannot access your account credentials or provide support for third-party applications like Rockstar Games. You will need to follow the recovery processes set by Rockstar.
