Roblox Purchasing Robux problem

Everytime I try to buy robux using the Microsoft store version of Roblox, the tab pops up but immediately disappears. Everytime I retry, it just doesn't appear at all. Any suggestions on how to fix it? I tried buying it through Xbox but it never transfered.

    This is a known and very common issue with the Microsoft Store (UWP) version of Roblox, especially for Robux purchases.

    Quick refresh (takes 2 minutes)

    This often fixes the popup disappears issue.

    • Press Windows + R
    • Type wsreset and press Enter
    • Let it finish and open the Store
    • Restart your PC
    • Try buying Robux again

    If that did not work:

    1. Buy from roblox.com in a browser
    2. Or the Roblox mobile app
    3. Or use Roblox gift cards
