Hello !

I have this error while playing games. My game crashes after a few minutes of running smoothly and kernel32 and ntdll errors are reported.

I've tried a ton of methods that are available on the internet, from reinstalling all the drivers to installing a new operating system, but I just don't understand what can help me anymore.
This problem now appears in all games on the unreal engine, although a couple of days ago everything was fine and I did not make any changes.

    Hi,

Did you make any BIOS configuration changes with Overclocking or PBO?

Did you enable Re-sizable BAR in the BIOS?

Try disabling DOCP and XMP and installing this driver below:

    https://download.msi.com/dvr_exe/mb/amd_chipset_drivers_am4_am5.zip

Open the command prompt (admin) and run the commands: sfc /scannow and dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth, wait for the process to finish and restart the computer.

Then perform a clean boot and uninstall applications that you do not use if you wish.

It seems you are experiencing GPU-related crashes while playing games, specifically with the Unreal Engine. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the issue:

    1. Update Graphics Drivers: Ensure that your graphics drivers are up to date. Sometimes, the latest drivers contain fixes for known issues.
    2. Check for Overheating: Monitor your GPU temperatures. Overheating can lead to crashes. Ensure that your cooling system is functioning properly.
    3. Use DRED for Diagnostics: If your hardware supports it, consider using Device Removed Extended Data (DRED) to diagnose GPU faults. DRED can help identify the cause of unexpected device removal errors and may provide insights into the crashes you are experiencing. You can enable auto-breadcrumbs to track GPU progress and see where the issue occurs.
    4. Memory Dump Analysis: When a crash occurs, a memory dump is created. You can analyze this dump using tools like the Windows Software Development Kit (SDK) to find the root cause of the crash. This may help you identify whether the issue is related to hardware or software.
    5. Check Page File Settings: Ensure your page file settings are correctly configured. An improperly set page file can lead to crashes, especially under heavy load.
    6. General Troubleshooting Steps: Follow general troubleshooting steps for stop code errors, which may include isolating problematic components and replicating the issue to determine the cause.

If the problem persists after trying these steps, consider reaching out to support forums or the game developer for further assistance.
