Please sign in your MS Account that you're using for Minecraft.

Minecraft and Xbox redemption codes are always 25 characters long. I'm afraid the 10 digit code is not valid. But it can be a Retailer Pin/Voucher, some store might give you a short PIN that must be enter on their site to generate the 25 digit code.

Please try to reach the retailer where you purchased the item.
