Sometimes old login data gets in the way and causes the consent page to reload instead of moving forward. After clearing cookies, try signing in again or use a different browser or device. and use InPrivate/Incognito removes stored cookies and can help you bypass the loop.
If the account is recognized as a child account, the parent or guardian needs to approve it.
What you can try is:
Go to account.microsoft.com/family
Sign in as the parent/guardian
Approve the child account again
If it still doesn’t work, try removing the child account from the family group, then adding it back.
If you have personal and work/school accounts with similar email addresses, it can cause confusion during sign-in.
If the issue may be related to password access, use your security info to reset it if your admin or family settings allow it.
Sometimes the consent process gets stuck on Microsoft’s side. If that happens, Microsift Support can manually reset it.
