Sending, receiving, and organizing email in Outlook.com
Interesting.. I am seeing three people getting this email today.
The email itself is definitely legitimate, but in the past, I've seen scammers using MIcrosoft's notification delivery system to deliver content drafted by them, so that the email comes from a Microsoft address, but the content is not.
It is always best to verify directly in your acocunt without going through any of the email link.
