How can I get Redeem code for courses already I take

Are you referring to achievement codes for your Microsoft Learn profile?

Those are provided by your trainer in the instructor-led class that you attended.

For Microsoft training, “redeem codes” are only provided in specific scenarios (for example, gift cards, product keys, exam vouchers, or training keys). Simply completing a course does not automatically generate a redeem code.

To get or use a code related to courses already taken, check which of these applies:

1. If the course included an exam voucher or discount
   • For Microsoft certification events/webinars, the discount or voucher is usually tied to the Microsoft Learn profile that was used to register.
   • The discount is automatically applied at the final stage of exam checkout (no separate code is shown). It can take up to five business days after the event for the voucher/discount to appear.
2. If the course gave a training key for hands‑on labs (WorkshopPLUS)
   • The instructor provides a training key during the WorkshopPLUS session.
   • Go to Services Hub → Learning page → Redeem Training Key, sign in with the work (Entra) account, and enter the key to access the labs.
3. If the course reward was a gift card or digital code (via Microsoft Rewards)
   • Go to the Microsoft Rewards Order History page.
   • Find the order for the reward, select Order Details, and copy the redemption code or link shown there.
4. If the course included a product key for Microsoft 365/Office or another product
   • For Microsoft 365 or Office: go to Office.com/setup, sign in with a Microsoft account, enter the 25‑character product key, and select Next.
   • For other products (for example, Project Professional from a DVD), the product key is entered when the app is first opened to activate it.

If none of these apply, there is no generic way to “get a redeem code” for courses already completed; any code must come from the course provider (event organizer, instructor, or Rewards program) and will be shown in their portal or email.
