While importing Azure DevOps work items from one project to another, some work items were accidentally deleted permanently—perhaps due to a bug?

This morning, for testing purposes, I exported a certain number of DevOps work items from our productive project and imported them into another. The import was successful. After completing my tests, I deleted the work items from the project I had imported them into, since I no longer needed them there. I then noticed that the work items had also been deleted from the productive project I had exported them from. I still have the CSV files, but they do not include any comments, relationships, or screenshots from the respective work items. We are currently in the process of recreating the work items, but some information is still missing that we simply cannot retrieve. Unfortunately, the Recycle Bin for both projects is also empty. Is there a way, perhaps through MS Support, to fully restore the deleted work items, or am I forced to recreate the work items using the information I still have?
