    Hi @Dominic McCabe

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Regarding that you want to stop sharing in SharePoint or deny access.

If you're trying to stop sharing a file, folder, or site in SharePoint, you can remove access in a few different ways depending on how it was shared.

    1. Stop sharing a file or folder with everyone
    2. Select the file or folder in SharePoint.
    3. Click Details in the upper-right corner.
    4. Under Has Access, select Manage access.  User's image
    5. Select Stop sharing. This removes the sharing links and revokes access granted through those links  User's image

Remove access for a specific person

    1. Select the file or folder.
    2. Open Manage access.  User's image
    3. Find the person under the access list.  User's image
    4. Select Remove access, or use the drop-down next to their name to change their permission level.   User's image

Remove access to an entire SharePoint site

If the person has access through site membership:

    1. Go to the SharePoint site.
    2. Select Settings (gear icon) > Site permissions.  User's image
    3. Locate the user or group.
    4. Remove them from the SharePoint group or select Remove Users from Group.  User's image

Thank you again for your time and understanding. I really appreciate your patience, and I’m here to help. Looking forward to your response.
