Authenticator App

My old phone broke, I have the authenticator app in it, since my old phone broke, I dont have access to the codes generated by the authenticator to log in to my accounts, I already have authenticator to my new phone but I have to set up the codes again but I cant since I need to turn off the authenticator app in one of my accounts, I can't turn it off since it requires me to log in and I cant log in cause I need a code generated by authenticator to log in. Please help me

    If you did not setup alternate MFA options, then you need to have an account reset done by the account owner. This is different for each account type. Try the forgot password flow at signin.

    Note: you will need to prove your are the account owner and recovery after proof takes 30 days (this for security as email notifications are sent to the owner to allow cancellation)
