i tried to sign in but was only able to see the billing history for the account for kcspencer47@gmail but I have two payments on my card. One may be for an email I no longer use, kcspencer1947@yahoo. If there is still a recuring charge for that email then I need for you to cancel it please
Did you check each account using this method? If so, you can cancel one of them - you will have to decide which one to cancel and which one to keep.
Do this for both accounts.
Please go to https://account.live.com
Sign into your Microsoft account. Then go to Services to review subscription status. If you need to cancel one of them, click on "Manage" for the subscription plan you want to cancel.
If you need to request refund:
Go to https://support.microsoft.com/contactus, Type "Billing" and press Enter. On the next screen, click "Contact support" at the bottom of the page, then choose "Microsoft 365" > "Manage my subscription". You’ll then see the option to chat with a Microsoft support agent who has access to your account to help review the issue.
