I had exact the same problem. My system froze 1-2 times per day with WHEA Logger 1 in system event logs. But only when PC was idle or under low load ( like web browsing ). Had no problems under medium or heavy load.
Spent about a YEAR (!!) to find out what was the reason. Turned out that my motherboard ( ASUS with Z690 chipset ) lowers CPU vcore too much while CPU is idle. And I was able to fix the issue by disabling CPU CStates in BIOS ( since CStates manage CPU idle behavior, so when CStates is disabled the vcore is not lowered by MB )
