Registration problem.

My country is not in the list of countries on the azure registration page. I haven't been able to register for years, because my country is not on the list of countries.
What do I do now?
I can't use azure?
My country got banned from azure?
My country is: Mozambique

Warning: I put the United States as the country of origin in the report because there is no option for my country
