Hi,

in the last 03 days my OneDrive stoped to sync some folders/files with that error in this question 'title', it happens after try move folder and files to a subfolder. everything stops on the upload process but the 'download' sync from Cloud to PC was working fine. I that this issue is related with online servers (shrepoint) since my account is corporate (Office 365 tenant).

I already tried:

  • run - for 02 time in different days - the command '%localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset' without sucess.
  • remove files/folders to another disk folder and wait a new sync - without sucess.

On the Android app, the file (.XML) which shows that error, worked fine. I´ll try chkdsk.

>> I also noticed that this issue starts after 'enroll' this device with Intune when install from Windows Store the 'Company Portal' app

It seems to be a device-specific issue based on your description. I have tested and confirmed that corporate accounts do not necessarily reproduce the same issue. Both accounts work normally with this version of OneDrive client.
The OneDrive version I just test with is 20.154.0802.0003, which is downloaded from the Official website.

Here are a few things you can try to narrow down this issue:

    1. Run disk checking as suggested in the post you provide.
    2. Uninstall the current version (v 20.134.0705.0008) and then reinstall OneDrive from the Official website (or you should be able to find an Office app if you are using Windows). Backup your files which are not synced correctly in OneDrive on this device if necessary.
    3. Another article you can refer to for additional suggestions: Error 0x80071128: The data present in the rephrase point buffer is invalid.
