@Rakesh Kumar , Thanks for posting in our Q&A. Based as I know, for app protection policy to apply, the app needs to be Microsoft Intune protected apps.

For our issue, please check the following information to see if it can fix our issue:
- Check if the two apps are both included in Microsoft Intune protected apps. If not, we need to use Intune App Software Development Kit (SDK) or the App Wrapping Tool to make it can apply app protection policy.
- Could you confirm if we add both apps in app protection policy apps? Could you let us know what are the two affected app?
- Could you let us know if is is not working on both Android and iOS?
- Try to collect the log mentioned in the following link on local device to see if the policy is applied and if there's any other finding:
