How to modify User profile attributes in SharePoint Online

Question

Hello all,
Is there a way for me to rename some of the user attribute fields. 
I want to change the 'Work Phone' to 'Desk phone'.

And is there a way to rearrange the order these appear? 
See the People card screenshot for reference. 

Also, how do I change how/what much information is shown in Delve?
See the Delve screenshots attached, why is the other phone number not shown?

Hi administrator-1335,

Per my test, I cannot change the “Work phone” to “Desk phone” in user profile card by using the out-of-box way. And I also can’t change the order of the fields here.
