System Center Essentials 2007 Post Release Hotfix Rollup Available!

To provide an easy experience for applying the latest hotfixes for Essentials 2007, we’ve released a hotfix rollup that applies the hotfixes directly to the Essentials 2007 RTM media. The hotfix rollup then starts Essentials setup, giving you an updated Essentials installation as soon as setup finishes.

The hotfix rollup contains these important post-release fixes for System Center Essentials 2007:

(KB 936339) Windows-based computers are not displayed in the Network Topology diagram view in System Center Essentials 2007, and WSUS component parts fail on the Essentials 2007 agents after you deploy the agents

(KB 937831) The installation of System Center Essentials 2007 fails during the Reporting part of Setup and the following information is logged: "The specified domain does not exist or cannot be contacted"

(KB937467) Update files do not get downloaded to the Essentials server when importing updates from a partner catalog in Essentials 2007
