The required JobState element specifies the current state or the completion state of the job.
JobState is defined in the namespace at this URI: https://schemas.microsoft.com/windows/2006/08/wdp/print and referenced by the prefix wprt. (This resource may not be available in some languages and countries.)

Attributes
There are no attributes.
Text value
Required. Must be one of the following values:
Aborted
The job was aborted by the system.
Canceled
The job was canceled either by a client using the CancelJobRequest operation or by means outside the scope of the WSD Print Service.
Completed
The job is finished processing and the last sheet of the Job has been stacked in the output tray.
Pending
The job is waiting to be processed.
PendingHeld
The job is waiting to be processed but is unavailable for scheduling. This state can only be reached by methods outside the scope of the WSD Print Service.
Processing
The job is being accessed, interpreted, transformed, rendered, marked, or having a finishing applied.
ProcessingStopped
The same as the Processing value, except that the printer is unable to continue due to an error condition or because of a method outside the scope of the WSD Print Service.

Remarks
When contained in JobEndStateEvent or a JobHistory entry, JobState represents the completion state of the job. Otherwise, JobState specifies the current state of the job.
IHVs can both extend and subset the allowed values for this element.
