The Azure Clould Shell is stuck requesting sign in on learn.microsoft.com. What should I do?
It appears that this issue impacted two people and auto resolved within 4 days. While we were not able to determine the cause for this issue without specific environment information, we can help troubleshoot this for anyone who may run into this issue. Please reach out to us here on the forums and provide the following information to help with troubleshooting:
- The type of account being used and whether or not using a different account resolves the issue.
- Name of the module where the error occurred.
- Screenshot of the error.
- User Data such as the Name/Email Address used (please ask us to message you privately so that you are not sharing this information publicly).
- Confirm that everything else is working except for the Azure Cloud Shell environment.
